Backup operation

A backup operation is an order to copy a file or a folder. It includes 1) what files or folders to back up, 2) where to back it up to, and 3) how to back it up (that is, with what settings). A backup set includes one or more backup operations, which are all executed when the backup set is ran. A backup set's operations are listed in the properties window:
